We are excited to plan your next business special events!  Hire us to plan your next business Retreat, Open House, Grand Opening, and more.  We can sit down with you to create the perfect contract tailored to your needs.  If you are in the NEMO area, rest assure that I know the businesses, prices, accessibility, and services.  So don’t hesitate to ask me about a certain business that you want to contract with.  If you have no idea where to start…no worries, I have a few suggestions.   Do I travel?  Yes!  I’d love to work with you, wherever you are.

What’s new? Well, we have been accepted to contract with a meeting managing company to now be an on-site meeting manager for medical, health care, and pharmaceutical meetings in our region of Missouri.  How exciting!!

In our 12 years experience, we have been involved in the planning and execution of  events for businesses such as beautification projects, ribbon cuttings, Open House events, Women’s Retreats, Tours, Conferences, Informational Meetings, and more.  Services include guests lists, agendas, transportation arrangements, public service announcements, venue booking, speaker booking, entertainment, food, and set up supervision.

Fees start at $250  for initial planning and coordination

Ala Carte fees are $25 hour for hands on- personal service during your event

Conference Event Planning fees: $1,000

Signed contract is required.
